1-2-1 Gym Based Personal Training Sessions

We host our gym personal training sessions at the Iron House Gym F1, Imperial Business Estate, W Mill, Gravesend DA11 0DL. A free consultation can be arranged in your own home and induction in the gym to see the environment before you start any training program.
